🧵Custom Orders
Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable, since they’re made just for you.
However, if your custom item arrives damaged or there’s a mistake on our end, we’ll happily fix it or send a replacement at no extra cost.
Returns & Refunds (Non-Custom Items)
We accept returns on ready-made, non-custom items within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
• Item must be unused and in its original condition
• You must contact us within 7 days
• Return shipping is paid by the customer
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll issue a full refund (excluding original shipping costs).
Damaged or Wrong Items:
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Send clear photos of the item and packaging
• We’ll send a replacement or offer a full refund — no worries!
We Cannot Accept Returns For:
• Custom or personalized items
• Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or accidents
• Returns sent without contacting us first
